Experience Points

For every creature fallen in battle, heroes get Experience Points (EXP) - for own creatures and for killed enemy creatures.

Killing sentinel creatures is an exception, as it doesn not yield EXP. In battles against sentinels, heroes get experience only from own casualties. Compared to battles with other magicians, sentinel battles yield only half the experience. If the sentinel is guarded by another player, this is different, of course.

As soon as a hero has gethered enough EXP, they will ascend a level. This earns them one attribute point which you can distribute to the hero's attributes in the "Status" tab. The attributes, "Attack", "Defence" and "Life Force" increase the corresponding values of your creatures in battle.

The following table shows how many EXP a hero needs to reach a certain level.
