The Speed of Heroes and Creatures is measured in TPA ("ticks per area").
Heroes are the fastest units in Xhodon. Their speed is only 1 TPA, which means 5 minutes per area. If you put other creatures under the hero's command, the whole horde will move as fast as the slowest unit in the horde.
Creatures' speed can be looked up here in the wiki or in the Wisdom menu on the respective creature's page.
Dwarf world Creatures are usually slower than their Troll world Counter-parts.
Note |
Technically, the "Speed" does not represent velocity as known from physics (distance/time) but actually the reciprocal (time/distance). Therefore a small value equals high speed while a high value equals low speed. |
- Example
Hero: 1 TPA Unicorn Cart: 2 TPA Goblins: 4 TPA
- → A hero with some Unicorn Carts moves with a speed of 2 TPA
- → A hero with some Goblins moves with a speed of 4 TPA.
- → A hero with some Unicorn Carts and Goblins also moves with a speed of 4 TPA.
As heroes by themeselves are very quick and immortal they are well-suited for spying enemy palaces (hero without creatures, command "Loot").
