If a player loses much of its war Alliance in the fight, it is permitted him by his guild assistance without receiving compensation, which are within the following limits:

The bazaar has been established to enable trades of items and dragon eggs. Misuse of the bazaar for pushing or pure resource transfer without compensation are limited to the defined pushing rules in §2.1. Violation of theses limits will be handled like pushing.

Buying items is only allowed if the bought item is of any use to the buyer. This use is based on a higher item effect as the items already owned do have. There is no limit on the costs of items.

The following relevant item effects are covered by this rule: conversion of sentinel creatures, mana procution, chance on runes from sentinels, chance on items from sentinels, attack bonus. The rule is as well applicable for Set-Items and League-Set items: Exceptions hereof are only when you complete a set and the set bonus does increase the actual value of one of the stated effects.

For all items with different item effects, defense bonus, resource bonus etc. the normal pushing rules form §2.1 apply, as these items are of less value and the prices are normally not over these limits. Violations of these limits will be handled like normal pushing violations.

§2. allowed ressource transfer and pushing

an account may only exist for its personal advantage, not for the advantage of another account. supporting another account is called pushing. accounts that are only used to support one or more other accounts are illegal.

§2.1 Ressource delivery without a proper service in return (ressource-pushing)

all ressource deliveries that go to an account without a proper service in return are subject to the following limitations:

1. time of reference the limit of ressources a player may recieve without a balancing service in return refers to seven days.

2. limits for ressource delivery within time of reference within the time of reference an account must not( without a proper service in return) recieve more than:

a) fivefold production of ressources of the receiving account within the time of reference (sum of all palaces production within seven days) OR the fivefold ressource-loot of the highest sentinel class the receiving account has beaten single handed (not in WC). Of this two amounts the higher may be used.

3. guild-support after loss of horde in case a player looses the majority of his horde in battle he may receive support from his guild without a service in return, within the following limits:

a) twentyfold production of ressources of the receiving account within the time of reference(sum of all palaces production within seven days) OR b) the twentyfold ressource-loot of the highest sentinel class the receiving account has beaten single handed (not in WC). Of this two amounts the higher may be used.

when the suspicion occurs that an account has received more ressources than it would be allowed to receive this has to be reported to a Archangel or Multihunter. The Archangel/Multihunter will then decide about the legality of the transfer and the apropriate punishment. Both partys will be punished, sender and receiver.

Clarification:

a) it does not matter if the ressources are sent as a whole, or in several deliverys

b) for calculating the limits the usual courses apply:

1 cristal splinter=1.125 Herb essences/1 Power stone=2.5 Herb Essences/1 Gold Resin=5 Herb essences

c) proper services in return are resource deliveries that are calculated according to the abovementioned courses

other services like trading coordinates, bounty hunts etc. do not count as a proper service in return, their payment must therefore be in the abovementioned limits.

payment should happen within an apropriate timeframe(about 1-2 days)

d) organised putting down and takeing up of ressources in a field also count as ressource delivery.

e) deliveries to support another account for bidding at the basar are subjected to the abovementioned limits, they count as delivery without proper service in return

f) when looting in a warcamp the loot has to be shared between WC-members. repeated deliveries from WC-loot to one member of the WC (without delivery to the other members) are counting as delivery without proper service in return.

for example: a player raids a sentinel 2 single handed:

-loot approximately 10000 herb essences/10000 cristal splinters/3500 power stones/1500 gold resin -maximum of received ressources within 7 days: 50000 herb essences/50000 cristal splinters/17500 power stones/7500 Gold resin

Example for the calculation of ressource-production in 7 days:

first you have to calculate how many ticks 7 days have: 12(per hour)x24 hours x 7 days=2016 ticks in seven days a player produces(already added up for all his palaces): 19.333 Herb essences/14611 Cristal splinters/562 Power Stones/134 Gold Resin

Multiplied with the ticks in 7 days(2016) we get: 38.975.328 Herb Essences/29455776 Cristal Splinters/1132992 Power Stones/270144 Gold resin

multiply by 5: 194.876.640 Herb essences/147.278.880 Cristal splinters/5.664.960 Power stones/270.144 Gold Resin

Now we can calculate how many of one resource the player may recieve, in case he gets only one sort of ressources, in this case essences: essences: 194.876.640 splinters:147.278.880x1.125=165.688.740 stones: 5.664.960x2.5=14.162.400 resin: 1.350.720x5=6.753.600 added up the player may receive 381.481.380 essences within 7 days, if he does not get any other resources.

this value you could enter into the merchant to let it calculate the values for the other ressources for you

§2.1.1 Impermissible resource deliveries in case of shared IP

Resource deliveries are prohibited when shared IP usage is announced, to accounts that are sitted or from sitted accounts. In case of sitting or shared IP usage any resource deliveries are prohibited until 48 hours after sitting or end of shared IP usage, if not announced otherwise by the Community-Manager.

§2.1.2 Pushing via empty fields

When resources are left on an empty field it is the previous owner's responsibility where these go. Resources can be stored on own palaces, if the resources are collected up by someone else this will be counted as pushing, if these values would be illegal via direct sending.

§2.1.3 Unit Pushing

a) Battles with the obvious reason to level others accounts heros by granting highest possibloe resurrection rate and a maximum of experience points are forbidden. This goes especially for negotiated attacks of large players on very small players.

b) It is classed as unit pushing, if the hero of an inactive player (at least 7 days offline) is in an active war camp, which is lead by an active player. Unit pushing is not allowed and the head of the war camp will be punished, if it is reported.

§2.1.4 Bazaar-Pushing

this rule (equally to the resource pushing rule) is set to ensure that a player can be supported with resources but not in inadequate amounts without compensation.

1) The bazaar The bazaar has been established to enable trades of items and dragon eggs. Misuse of the bazaar for pushing or pure resource transfer without compensation are limited to the defined pushing rules in §2.1. Violation of theses limits will be handled like pushing.

2) allowed trade Buying items is only allowed if the bought item is of any use to the buyer. This use is based on a higher item effect as the items already owned do have. There is no limit on the costs of items. The following relevant item effects are covered by this rule: conversion of sentinel creatures, mana procution, chance on runes from sentinels, chance on items from sentinels, attack bonus. The rule is as well applicable for Set-Items and League-Set items: Exceptions hereof are only when you complete a set and the set bonus does increase the actual value of one of the stated effects. For all items with different item effects, defense bonus, resource bonus etc. the normal pushing rules form §2.1 apply, as these items are of less value and the prices are normally not over these limits. Violations of these limits will be handled like normal pushing violations.

3) Re-selling items Bought items may not be sold for 7 days except you have bought/found an item that grants a higher increase of any relevant effect.

4) Trading of dragon eggs Buying dragon eggs from guild members is not allowed.
