Each area is divided into 21 subsections called Valleys. These are the smallest surface unit of measure in which one can reside.
A valley is where a magician plants their Tree of Life, out of which a Palace will form. It is not possible to create more than one palace in a single valley.
The last coordinate of the coordinate system represents the valley.
